¿How Does It Work?

Each of our videos cover specific themes such as body parts. That same theme is carried over to the related series of flash cards, which cover the same theme in a slightly different way. That same theme is also kept in our Iphone/Ipad apps but taught in yet a slighly different way. If that weren’t enough, the same theme will be carried over to the Mobile Video which the child can watch any smartphone, while on the go. This amount of repetition is absolutely the most effective to learn a new language. This full immersion environment allows your child to learn in a number of different ways, children love to learn in a variety of ways. The more senses a child uses in learning Spanish – sight, touch, hearing – the better!

What if I don’t speak Spanish?

Kid Start Spanish is designed to allow even non-Spanish speakers to easily teach Spanish. Kid Start Spanish uses full immersion Spanish meaning all spoken content is in Spanish. At any time during the video, parents have the option to turn on Subtitles which provide the English translation of all words being taught. In this way your child gets all the benefits of Full Immersion such as quick learning and no “accent”. But you get to participate in their learning by turning on the subtitles feature of your DVD player.

Kid Start Spanish is a full immersion program specifically engineered to allow kids to learn to love the Spanish language.
