My child doesn’t want to speak Spanish!

You’re putting your heart and soul into teaching your child a new language, but your child just doesn’t seem interested in actually using it. A few common reasons are:

1) Ensure you are encouraging your child
2) Watch how you correct the child. Oftentimes it’s better to let your child mispronounce the word for the time being.
3) Use Spanish words yourself. By implementing simple words such as “Toma” when handing your child an item, you’re emphasizing the importance of the language.
4) Keep Calm and Stay Happy! make sure learning is relaxed, low-stress and fun!

There are just a few tips to be on the lookout for.
